But that’s exactly what Profile is; something diverse and unified, like the hardcore scene we all put our time, effort and love into. We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and safely secured. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. The fact that we are dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the World is obvious. The warehouses and centers of distribution are situated in Europe and the USA.
Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
